Notes
Transcribed in her own words throughout. A tidied LLM version of the same recipe also exists, headed "RECIPE: Simple Spiced Chicken (Dry)"; its numbers disagree with hers, so hers are the ones on this page.
peppercorns · hers: 7. The LLM version says 4–7. Hers used.
cloves · hers: 3. The LLM version says 2. Hers used.
bay leaves · hers: "2 to 3 as u have small". The LLM version says 2–3 (more if small). Hers used.
red chilies · hers: "1 or 2 as children don't like tikhat/spicy". The LLM version says 1–2 (adjust to taste). Hers used.
"Toop" is Marathi for ghee. She notes she uses ghee rather than oil.
She gives no timings, so the page shows none.
The "serve hot with rice or roti" line comes from the LLM version, not from her.
