Coconut Chutney

Fresh coconut, green chilli and coriander. It has to be green.

fresh coconut, scrapped — or u get ready coconutनारळ · नारियल

3 to 4 flakesgarlicलसूण · लहसुन

The order

In order
01PrepTake fresh coconut scrapped, or u get ready coconut.
02PrepAdd green chilly according to taste, coriander leaves, 1/4 teaspoon cumin seads, 3 to 4 flakes of garlic.
03PrepSalt and a pinch of sugar. The chutney has to be green in colour.

If u like mint leaves u can add to it.

U can also add lime juice (optional).

You can make sandwiches. Apply butter to one side of the bread then apply chutney on one bread. And grill (optional). You can also add finely round cut tomato and cucumber in between the sandwich.
